Moving in or Out

The most important matters related to residents moving into or out of St Killian are:

• the protection of the common property from damage, and

• respect for fellow residents and neighbours

​

Please observe the following guidelines:

​

• Use the rear lane (McDonald Lane) for the delivery or removal of goods

• Keep the ground floor lift lobby clear of goods

• Use appropriate caution to prevent damage to the common property - the lift, stairs, doors, floor coverings, walls etc.  The building's by-laws allow for the Owners Corporation to claim the cost of repairs to damage by lot owners and their tenants.

• Give priority to residents during your move

• Move only between the hours of 8am and 6pm

• Residents moving in or out with significant amounts of waste should make independent arrangements for the proper removal of the waste from the site at their expense

• Do NOT leave goods blocking emergency fire exits
