Strata Committee

The St Killian Owners Corporation,  at its Annual General Meeting (AGM), elects a small number of members to a committee to represent them and make decision about the day to day operations of the building.  The St Killian Strata Committee comprises 4 people..

The Strata Committee's objectives are to:

​

• create a safe and pleasant environment for owners, residents and tenants

• run a well managed and maintained strata scheme, and

• contribute to the increase in value of lots within the building for owners

​

The Owners Corporation has also appointed a Strata Managing Agent to take care of the administrative arrangements for running the building.
