Access to Units Required for Annual Fire Safety Inspection

Our Strata Managing agency, Strata Choice, has advised that the annual fire safety inspection of equipment at St Killian is scheduled for Thursday 14 May from 6-7pm.
Should you wish to arrange a specific appointment, please contact Residential Safety Solutions during business hours on 1300 306 992. Limited bookings can be made and are on a first come first serve basis. Bookings must be made with the fire contactor directly, not via Strata Choice.
It is essential that access is available to all units on this day without exception.
We ask that you make any necessary arrangements to ensure access is available on the allocated day. The inspection should take no longer than ten minutes per unit.
Should the inspector be unable to gain access to any unit, the cost of the return visit is substantial and will be passed on to the owner.
This fire equipment testing is important for the safety of all occupants in the building and we seek co-operation from all occupants in complying with this request. It forms part of the Annual Fire Safety Statement which is a mandatory requirement of local Council.
