Basement storeroom clean-up: claim your belongings

Residents will have received in their mailbox a notice from Lois Diamond kindly offering to take items to the next Recycle it Saturday event run by the City of Sydney Council next Saturday 13 March.

We've decided to use this as an opportunity to clean up the two storerooms in the lower basement, including the corner under the stairs, next to Unit 1's car parking space. Both storerooms have a number of random items - some look quite old and their ownership is a mystery. Among other things there are:

• moving boxes

• eskies

• a car battery charger

• a stick vacuum cleaner

• what appears to be a boogie-board

• plant pots and other gardening materials

• various paints, solvents and related items like WD40, and so on.

Action required by you

If you own any of that material and you DON'T want it disposed of then please move it to an area and clearly label it/identify it with your unit number.

Materials not claimed by next Friday may be removed from the storeroom and disposed of over the weekend or by other means to tidy up the storerooms.
