Building Works at St Killian

Hello everyone

Sorry for the late notice but I just learned this morning that some rectification works on a water leak will start today, 10 November. It will involve the erection of scaffolding at the rear of Unit 3, up past the balcony of Unit 7 to the balcony of Unit 9. That work will be done today.

I'm not sure how long the rectification work will take. I assume there'll be a degree of noise associated with it as tiles are lifted to fix the waterproof membrane as well as some strong smells. I will check with StrataChoice and post an update here about the likely duration of the works and also the worst days.
