Caution: Building Works today 10 Jan

A contractor arrived this morning to implement the recommendations of our recent WHS report to highlight steps around the building to reduce tripping hazards.

He has advised that the paint will need a couple of hours to dry. In the meantime, please step over it this morning. A list of the jobs is below.

In the case of the driveway entrance, he will do the work in two halves so if you enter or leave the basement car park this morning, please follow the signage or instructions and avoid driving over the drains.

Areas where work will be carried out are:

• Doorway step leading from the main lobby to the rear terrace

• The rear fire exit

• Steps to the carpark toilet and bin room

• Carpark drains in various locations

• Carpark drive way
