Cleaning of Rear Balconies/Terraces

StrataChoice has secured a supplier to clean the back balconies and terraces of units affected by dust and debris from the recent works. It's not as soon as we'd have liked but it appears it's a very busy time in the lead up to Christmas.


To be clear, this work will be funded by the Owners Corporation.


The work will cover:

  • vacuum/sweep floors

  • wash and soft broom scrub floors as required

  • hose wash floors clean - using drains for water egress

  • wash clean outdoor furniture - ONLY furniture that is waterproof

  • wipe/dust clean outdoor furniture and fittings

It's late notice but the cleaner is wanting to do the work from 7.30am - 1.30pm Monday 30 November. For units on the upper levels, particularly, this will require that they be given access to the balconies via units.


If you would like to take advantage of this offer for cleaning necessitated by the works, please advise by email, confirming that the cleaners will be able to gain access to your balcony/terrace at some stage during that time period on Monday. Please be sure to include your unit number and a contact phone number in case the cleaner needs it. We will give that list to the cleaners on Monday morning. The cleaners will need access to water (and maybe power). They've also asked that personal belongings be removed before they start (with the exception of outdoor furniture and plants).
