Commencement of Major Works

Residents and tenants, agents and owners should soon receive notice that major works will commence on site from 5 August.

Please see the notice attached to his message. Note note that there is action required by specific units - this is set out in the notice.

There will be a pre-commencement meeting with the contractor on-site in the next week or so. Owners and residents are not required to attend but if you have any questions, please get them to us (stkillianstrata@icloud.com) or to StrataChoice by c.o.b. Wednesday 31 July so we can get them answered by our contractors.
