COVID-related Health Order

Recently, a new health order was made in NSW requiring people who manage strata buildings to hand over 'true & correct' contact details for all residents. The Chief Health Officer, Dr Kerry Chant, has requested that all strata managers ensure that strata rolls are up to date.

StrataChoice, our strata managing agency, has created a QR code to improve the accuracy of the St Killian strata roll In the event that they are asked to hand it over to NSW Health.

A poster produced by StrataChoice has been placed in the lift, and at the front and basement entrances to St Killian.

Scanning the QR code is a simple way for residents and tenants to update their contact details. By doing so, you are assisting us to maintain an accurate, up to date strata roll if it is needed.
