Development Application (DA) for 8 Challis Ave

Owners will recall at the AGM in November that the Owners Corporation agreed to investigate the development application for 8 Challis Ave. An urban planning firm was appointed to conduct a study of the impact on St Killian of the proposed development works. The firm lodged a submission on our behalf objecting to parts of the work that would have an impact on the light and outlook for our building.

For information, the City of Sydney council has sought further details from the firm to carry out their assessment. We'd be grateful for your assistance if you've been asked by StrataChoice to provide photographs for the urban planning firm to act on our behalf.
