Exterior Building Clean

As the major waterproofing works project has come to a close we have arranged for cleaners to high pressure clean St Killian on Thursday 19 February from 8am.

External common areas, front courtyards of the townhouses facing Challis Avenue and some rear verandahs that have grout residue from the works will be cleaned. Units 1, 2, 3 and 4 (front and back courtyards), 6 and 7 (only back) will need to allow access to workmen from 8am to external areas only.

Can we ask that any soft furnishings be removed from your courtyards and balconies and if your gate is locked that it is unlocked on the day.

Please exercise caution moving through the common property and be mindful of excess water, hoses and cords.
