Important COVID Mask Wearing Requirements

The NSW Government has implemented a requirement relating to face masks in strata in response to the Covid19 Delta outbreak in greater Sydney. Effective from 13 July 2021, anyone within or visiting common areas of a strata title development in Greater Sydney must wear a face mask at all times.

Examples of common property include:

• hallways

• foyers

• reception areas

• mailbox areas

• stairwells

• shared facilities such as gyms and swimming pools

Masks must be worn by anyone entering, including:

• residents and visitors

• building managers, concierge staff and cleaners

• people providing goods and services, including tradespeople and contractors

• people delivering food, mail and parcels.

Please ensure your tradespeople and visitors comply.
