Improvements to Public Areas

Residents in the building will have noticed that new pot plants have been installed to improve the ambience in the building.

We've recently received a report that we commissioned into the building's health and safety profile. The report has recommended some minor works around the building to reduce the WHS risks for residents, guests and visitors.

These include:

• replacing the mat outside the lift on the ground level

• tidying up areas of the basement

• highlighting the various steps around the building

• replacing some broken tiles, and

• improving the signage in the building.
