Installation of Balustrades on Rear Balconies

Apologies for the late notice but we were just advised this morning that the builders will be on site tomorrow from about 7.30am to begin the installation of the balustrades on the rear balaconies which were subject to recent works. We understand this will take about a week.

There will be work men in and around the building, please exercise caution.

There will be some noise.

We understand this stage of the work will take about a week.

The builders will require access to some units the following week to assess consequential damage. Your landlord or StrataChoice should be in touch if this affects you.
