Our strata managing agent, StrataChoice, recently sent advice to owners, residents and agents about work to replace waterproofing membranes on a number of balconies and terraces. There'll be a site inspection later this week for the builders, project managers etc to finalise all the operational details.

The project will commence next week on 5 August.

The Owners Corporation has appointed LandLay to project manage the works. Their representative will conduct an information session for owners, residents and agents at 5pm on Thursday 8 August.
