Key Safe on Rear Gate

There has been a key safe bolted to the rear gate (beside the garage roller door) for some time now. We've made enquiries and can't find an owner.

As this is common property StrataChoice will ask a locksmith to remove it from the gate and return it to their office to be claimed.

If you own the key safe, please let StrataChoice know before it is removed. They may ask you to locate the key safe elsewhere.
