Let the Harvest Begin

Hello St Killian residents,

There is produce in the garden that's ready to pick. Last night we made our first salad with loose leaf lettuce leaves, radish tops and rocket from the garden. And we used sage in the saltimbocca.

Even the lemon was one from the tree (with thanks to unit 3 I understand!).

Other herbs are also ready to use - thyme, oregano, bay and mint. Please help yourself.

If you harvest lettuce leaves, take the older ones from the outside of the plants and they should continue to crop for us for quite some time.

I think radishes, (English) spinach, parsley and dill will be available soon too.
