New Strata Manager

StrataChoice has advised they have appointed a new Strata Manager to manage St Killian. Bryan Kou, Senior Strata Manager, has recently joined StrataChoice and will be our main contact. Sonya Collett will remain with StrataChoice but will be managing a different portfolio. The committee met with Bryan and Sonya this afternoon (16 May) and we've been assured they've carried out a detailed handover. We discussed progress with the contracts for the major works program and a number of maintenance issues that need to be addressed.

We were also recently assigned a new Assistant Strata Manager, Daniel Palombo. Daniel will continue to work on our account.
