Notice of Renovations in Unit 7

The owners of Unit 7 have asked us to advise owners and residents that renovations on Unit 7 will start on Monday 9 May at 8.00am. The first stage is demolition and is expected to be completed within 5 days.
The owners have committed to keeping owners and residents updated via this newsletter and on the two noticeboards in the building.
Here is a copy of the message they recently distributed to residents' mailboxes.
For members of the Owners Corporation, StrataChoice has advised that the renovations are in line with the scope of works accounted for under Special By-Law 4 which was passed at the AGM on July 29 2019.
