Reminder - Tradies on Site Today & Tomorrow

A quick reminder that there will be tradies on site today and tomorrow. Today, aborists are removing the fruit and dead fronds from the front and rear palm trees and removing the dead wattle tree in the rear garden. They will be accessing the front gardens of the townhouse properties to work on the palm trees out front.

They've had to partially block the driveway with their vehicles and equipment. They've advised that someone will be stationed with the vehicles and equipment in case you have any troubles getting in or out.

Tomorrow there will be high pressure cleaning carried out on the common property. If you live in one of the townhouse properties, please keep your front and rear doors closed. Please also ensure the terraces are free of obstacles to facilitate the cleaning.
