Roller Door Access from McDonalds Lane

You will be aware that we have had ongoing issues with the garage roller door.

The problem has been identified as electronic and relates to the older signal receivers and remote controls that are still in use.

These older signal receivers were malfunctioning and have now been disconnected so remotes controls such as Auto-Lift and Magic Button will no longer work.

While the Committee is working out how to replace the older remote controls, particularly with consideration of the planned security updates, affected owners and residents are requested to use their blue building key to enter or exit the garage via the garage roller door.

Owners and residents with new remote controls will not be affected.
