Security Alert at St Killian

One of our residents found a stranger in the lower part of the garage yesterday afternoon - he was checking out items stored in the parking spaces. When he was confronted he simply walked away and out the exit onto McDonald Lane.

At the time, the door between the garage and the main building had been wedged open.

This is a reminder that:

• All residents are responsible for security in the building - please don't leave the doors lodged open.

• Please ensure the garage, doors and gate are closed behind you and you have not been tailgated.

• Items stored in carparks contravene the by-laws for exactly that reason - they make it attractive for people to gain entry.
