Security Update

Our cleaner has advised of another possible security breach. One of their team members reports that the storeroom has been accessed, the contents rummaged through but nothing appears to be missing.

StrataChoice has confirmed they have requested Bell's Locksmiths to attend the building and adjust/replace the automatic door closers.

You may have noticed damage at the rear of 8 Challis Avenue. The roller door has been smashed and the rear gate had been opened. Once up the stairs, access can be gained to our rear garden by jumping over the fence. This is another possible entry point for an intruder into our building as they can enter freely into the lobby from our rear garden.

We reported the damage to the owners of 8 Challis Ave and they have secured the gate and have made arrangements to fix the garage door.

Until that work has been done please remain vigilant with security in and around the building.
