Update: Building Works at St Killian

We've been given the following details on the water rectification works on the balcony of Unit 9.

• The tiles will be jackhammered tomorrow - there will be noise and dust. They anticipate completing that work in a day but it may blow out a little to Thursday.

• Screeding will take two days. There will be some dust over this time.

• There should be minimal noise and smell associated with the waterproofing and tiling.

• They expect to be onsite for 10 days but that will depend on weather with delays if there is poor weather.
