Update: Building Works Start Tomorrow

A reminder that work commences to repair the cracked tiles on the rear terrace of Unit 1 tomorrow, Wednesday 14 September.

You can see the details of the work in a 6 September post to this noticeboard.

There will be dust, noise and workers around the site.

The plan is to remove the grill from the garage sky light at the rear of Lot 1 and lower the rubbish directly into their truck in the car park. This may cause some dust and inconvenience in the car park but we've asked them to park so residents can still come and go. The builders have committed to covering items in the area to protect them from dust.

They've advised the demolition stage of the work may take up to 2 days.

Please be patient and careful if you're moving around the rear of the building or in the garage over the next couple of days. For safety reasons, they will re-install the grill each night if the work takes more than a day.
