Update on COVID-19 Restrictions

The NSW Government has announced further restrictions on businesses and the public. Here is a link to the latest update.

For St Killian residents this means:

• From 12.01am on Monday 19 July all construction must be paused as well as non urgent maintenance including cleaning services and repair work inside residential apartments.

• Common property cleaning and waste management are permitted.

• Construction works, repairs and non essential maintenance are deferred.

• Emergency works and essential reactive repairs are permitted.

As a result, Strata Choice, our strata managing agent, will only issue work orders for common property repairs that are for urgent and emergency repairs while the current restrictions remain in place.

The NSW Government has confirmed that the emergency regulation permitting strata meetings to be held remotely will be reinstated from 21 July 2021.
