Hello
You may have noticed that plumbing works are being carried out in the rear garden to fix a broken pipe was was causing a leak into the carpark below, near the toilet. That work will continue today.
On Wednesday 14 September, works will commence on the rear terrace of Unit 1. The work will take approximately 4 weeks, weather permitting.
There may be dust and noise on the first 2 days of work during the demolition stage. Nearby balconies should keep windows/doors closed during that period.
